NMAH Story: Story
Iwas in social studies class. It was just after the towers were hit. The teachers assistant came in and said there was a bunch of dead people and the towers had been damaged. I hardly knew what the towers were. Our teacher turned on the tv and we saw people sobbing and the towers suddenly collapse. And the news reporters were constanly shooting in new details as the other attacks happened. We watched the news the rest of the day. We also heard the president speak.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
I would be much more afraid of riding in an airliner. I got a different view of how serious life is. I feel much better about my country and am proud of all the bravery. I have not done much yet for anyone but hope for them.
NMAH Story: Remembered
How strong we became should be remembered always. We should remember the police, firemen, and all rescue workers who died helping others.
NMAH Story: Flag
I will always feel proud of the American flag. We did not have a flag. So we did'nt fly one. But i think it is a nice thing to fly a flag. It is very patriotic.
