911 Compensation

Attachment 1:

Dear Mr Kenneth R. Feinberg, Esquire 1-While the incident is a tragedy, it is unfair to myself and other taxpayers for the U. S. Treasury to pay claimants monetary awards for crimes committed by the terrorists and their supporters. 2- The terrorists and perhaps their conspirators and supporters are solely responsible fordamages. 3- The survivors have suffered I recognize, but they need to move on with their lives and perhaps think about obtaining employment rather than expecting the U.S. taxpayer to pay themfor the rest of their lives to do nothing. 4- Some of the survivors had been living a lifestyle beyond their means before the 911 incident. 5-It is unfair for the U.S. taxpayer to reward their poor past or predictable personal financial mismanagement. 6- The U S government should not unjustly enrich the claimants. 7- There should be a cap on settlements. 8- The airlines are not responsible for what the terrorists did. 9- I request that you Mr. Feinberg, as a watchdog and administrator, be as "tough as nails" to guard the U S Treasury from any unfair financial assaults. Thank you.
