Hello,
I am writing to say how terribly frustrated I am to hear that benefits will
not be extended to gay and lesbian domestic partners of victim's. No excuse
is adequate. I am appalled that the United States government continues to
discriminate against gays and lesbians, denying them full rights of
citizenship. This was a hurtful decision.
