Compensation 9/11

Dear Mr Zwick, In response to the request for comments regarding regulations for implementing and administering September 11th Compensation Fund.
I urge the Department to include all victims of the attack, including the committed partners and the non-biological children of gay and lesbian victims.

It would be a victimization and judgment if gay and lesbian victims families were not acknowledged just as any other human being.

I urge the Department to make no preferences as to who does and does not receive aid. It would be un American.
