bottom line on fund--can't receive anywhere as much from fund as can in court
, in normal everyday suit--how can the fund be considered fair--life
insurance proviso is crazy--pain and suffering, considering what our family
has gone through is ridiculous--limits must be raised accross the board,
otherwise purpose of fund is defeated
