Well I was on my way back from taking class pictures. I walked into my english clas and my teacher told me that we needed to sit down and hush!! Well when I first heard about the attacks I first thought it was a joke then when I made it to my third hour i finally realized that it wasn't a joke. It was a very devastating day for everybody.

It has made me relize how lucky I am that i could be so fortunate to not be in the World Trade Centers at the time. I try to live each day to the fullest and not let the little things bother me. I am just amazed by the heroism shown by all the people in NY and all over the Nation.

The love and the patriotism shown by all the americans on that day and over the year.

No, but my feelings have changed about the american flag I have more respect when I say that Pledge of Allegiance. I would usually just stand up and say the Pledge then sit back down not realizing what I was saying. Now I just thank God everyday that I can still stand to say the Pledge of Allegiance.
