NMAH Story: Story
That morning I was sleeping in...or so I thought. My mother called me about 8:15 am (central) and told me that the twin towers were on fire! I thought she was kidding,I was still half asleep. I grabbed the remote and turned on the tv...I could not believe it! From that moment on, for days I was glued to the tv, read the newspaper to find out if our world was falling apart! I did not sleep, I cried constantly, I did not even go out of my house. I was in shock, my heart breaking. This is the only event in my life that has effected, consumed and angered me so much that even the mention of it brings tears to my eyes.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
I feel my country and the people in it are more important. I mean I took all that I have for granted, my freedom was not as important as it is now!
NMAH Story: Remembered
We should remember first the victims and their families, especially the children.
Second, we need to remember our lives can be invaded by terrorists at any time in any way!

NMAH Story: Flag
Yes, I did and still have the red white and blue ribbon on my antenia of my car, we also fly a flag outside our house.
Also a 9-11-02 I added the flag to my car again.
Yes, I feel the flag is more important now than it was before! It represents AMERICA!
