NMAH Story: Story
On the morning of September 11, 2001, I remember getting ready for school. I was in the 8th grade at Fulton Middle School. As I was almost ready I heard my mom shreek while on the phone with my dad. I ran into her room as I stood there, in shock to witness the first plane hit the WTC. There was a huge explosion and so much fire and dust. The news cast kept filming the tragedy as people jumped from the buidling to get away from all of it. I couldn't believe that this was actually happening. I was apart of this generation that witnessed the terrorist attack.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has changed emensily. That day means so much more and brings the whole nation together as one on Sept. 11. I respect things so much more and I live life to the fullest becuase if that can happen out of the blue, it can happen any time now.
NMAH Story: Remembered
The braveness of all the people that helped and survived the tragedy. And also the importance of our country's freedom.
NMAH Story: Flag
Yes. My family put up the american flag in front of my house.
