NMAH Story: Story
September 11, 2001, my first week of high school. It was the second day of classes at my new high school. It was about 945 when we first heard of a plane crash, and I was in Mr. John Walsh's Biology class, and we tried to get the TV on, but, as usual, nothiung worked. Then we went to Mr. Brennan's English class, and he described what was going on and drew what happened on the board to better explain what was going on, after that, the whole day was a blur, all afternoon activities were cancelled, and I was tentative about taking the subway home because of possible attacks in Boston. That day will always be in my mind and i will always remember what happened exactly on my second day as a freshman at BC high.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has changed because I no longer think that the US is seperate from the rest of the world, that we can actually be killed and we arent in a bubble seperate from the world
NMAH Story: Remembered
The victims and the relatives of the victims.
NMAH Story: Flag
yes and no, because being a boy scout the flag has always meant a lot to me and it is still a symbol of the United States
