NMAH Story: Story
I was in my office doing some work on the computer listening to Howard Stern. They were in NY brodcasting the show when someone told them to look out the window. They figured it was a small plane accident but when I heard the broken, serious, voice from the never emotional Mr. Stern, I new something serious was happening. It was incredible how the show switched to a somewhat live update on the ugly things that were happening. Nothing had prepared me for what was being broadcasted. I work in an office building and immediately rolled out as many televisions as I could find for everyone to watch in horror. People were leaving to go home and most that stayed had tears in there eyes and had faces that were pale.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
I realise now how vulnerable we are. I appreciate life and especially my children more. I just pray we will have a better defense if something like this should ever haappen again. My children 8 and 12 do understand what happened, and I know they were very scared even if they didn't show it.
NMAH Story: Remembered
Of course the Twin Towers and the efforts of everyone who tried to help and those who did. I myself sent many cases of water for everyone.
NMAH Story: Flag
Yes I did, and still do. I have always been patriotic but I put one one my car this time so I can see it often.
