NMAH Story: Story
I was on vacation in Europe and we just came out of a restaurant at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon. Suddenly my mom's uncle's cell phone rang and it was my aunt who said that the US was being bombed. So, we fast went back to the apartment and it was all over the news. Showing the image over and over again, it shock me. Tons of questions went over my mind and I was scared to fly back to the US in October. When I came back there were on every house a flag of the United States and people were only mentioning the attack.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has definitly changed in a way I mostly can't even discribe. It sounds like everything on TV is criticisms and I like to be with my family more and I am more scared that something is going to happen to my little suister whose 6 years old. I am very careful with my sister, so she doesn't hear what we adults are talking about. Also, I am a different religion than most people here in the US and sometimes I am really scared that my religion is going to get blamed and that I won't be respected as good as before, but everyone seams as their even more nicer.
NMAH Story: Remembered
I think does people who died that day and those firemen who help rescue should be very much remembered. Also those whose lives just began in happiness and than was destroyed. Then there are those people who jumped out of the windows in panic. These people should all be well remebered.
NMAH Story: Flag
Well, the American flag hasn't changed colors or anything, but I sure like it more now than before and I respect it much more and so does my sister.
