Description
This image was made on 9/11/02, the first anniversary of the World Trade Tower tragedy. It depicts the ceremony and shows the last iron girder being transported out of Ground Zero. Sadly & ironically the weather on the first anniversary was almost exactly the same that it was one year earlier, i.e. "Picture Perfect".
