Benefits being denied

I am appalled that in this day and age our Country, our Government, is
denying benefits to GLBT families of which one was lost during the September
11th terrorist attacks. As I was reading the website I noticed the name
"September 11th Victim Compensation Fund of 2001." According to the
Meriam-Webster Dictionary, your use of the word 'Victim' is correct in this
decision to exclude GLBT American's compensation for the loss of their loved
ones.....please see highlited area in definition below.........this seems to
explain it to me! Once again, let me tell you, I am angered at this action
our Government is taking. A family is a family, and a family torn apart is a
FAMILY torn apart........and should be treated as such. Also see definition
of FAMILY below.
