Stealing money from the taxpayers to compensate 'poor' people.

If you have created a fund with a law that says the victims' families are penalized in compensation because they have some other financial source then I am against this fund completely.

This fund should compensate according to the deceased persons earning capacity. Period.

I say sue the damn airlines and Argenbright. Who cares if they go bankrupt. They and the INS are responsible for the negligence here. They murdered us with their intentional negligence.

I am in the upper income bracket getting raped every time these schemes are devised. If a deceased victim earned $100,000 a year then the fund should give the family a minimum of $50,000 for the 6 mo. relief.

Peanut and bagel vendors, illegal aliens and homeless that can't work the block now should not get a nickel.

Families' of a deceased illegal or over-stayed visa should not get a nickel. Put them on all those empty seats on a flight to their country of origin.

Victims that were non-citizens or on visas should not get a nickel.

To all the socialist pig democrats that intend to use this fund as another means to redistribute the wealth I say for getting us into this mess in the first place with your hideous immigration policies of the Clintonista years.
