Compensation for victims

To Whom it May Concern:

I read of the call for public comment on victims' compensation.

I heartily agree that it should be given. In my opinion, I think some
consideration should in fact be given to what resources the families have
regarding insurance, charity relief, and so on. A fireman's family does not
have the resources of a top corporate lawyer's family, and although both
fathers might have perished horribly, one bereaved family will be more
financially sound than the other.
