I was getting ready to go to college and turned the t.v. on when I saw that the first tower was hit, It didnt really click in my head as I was in shock as everyone else. I had called all my relatives to turn the t.v. on as I watched in horror as the second tower was hit, I was so scared for all those people. From that day I realized what it really was to be an American. I fly my flag proudly everyday. I will teach my children what it means to be a proud American, this has made our nation stronger and we realize that we are all one in this great nation. Even though I may not have had a loved one perish in this senseless act I feel as if they were all one of my brothers or sisters, I greive everyday because of this tragedy, we all grieve. For all the people who died on that tragic day, I know you are watching down on us. God Bless America The Land That I Love. We will not forget 9/11/01 you will always be remembered.
