I am a service advisor at a car dealer. We were all watching the attacks on TV when a customer came in to pick up his car.He was shaking as we watched the horrors unfold. He told me that he wanted to pick up his car the night before but I had advised him to pick it up the next morning and not rush to the dealer from work. He told me he was working on the 84th floor of the tower and was supposed to be there that morning. Had I not told him to come in the morning and not the previous evening he surly would have perished! The next week he brought his wife in to meet me. She hugged me and thanked me for saving her husbands' life. We were all crying for the emotions had overswept us.
