2WTC Core top view.jpg
This is a piece of the 20th floor of WTC2. I worked at the WTC from 1975 to 1979 and acquired this core of the 20th floor in the summer of 1975. All utilities were in metal raceways embedded in the concrete floors. To gain access to electric and…

911collage.JPG
After 9/11, I happened upon images of the world's grief that moved me so deeply, I had to make a collage of them. I do not own any of these photos. The world owns them. Humanity owns them.

There is a little girl in a yellow raincoat (my…

Aerial of Lower Manhattan.jpg
I flew into New York in November and took this photo of lower Manhattan from the plane. Having grown up within sight of the Twin Towers, I was brought to tears by this view.

P9110014.JPG
This is the rest of the series of photos taken after a plane struck the Pentagon on September 11, 2001.

Sept. 113.jpg
This B&W Photo (color did not seem appropriate) showed ground zero from a 300MM telephoto. Closer proximity was blocked by the military. It looks like London (or any other war torn city) after a bombing. A site I hope never to photograph again.

palisades 2.jpg
This picture was taken from Scenic View B on the Northbound Side of the Palisades Parkway three days after 9/11. The picture does not do what I saw justice. The cloud was extremely thick. It was horrifying.

wtc space.jpg
This is a satellite shot of New York on September 11, 2001. It captures the moment of the smoke billowing across the Lower Manhattan and Long Island area.

Personally, I thought the World Trade Center looked alright, not beautiful but pretty nice…

Detail from the permanent temporary memorial, Shanksville, PA, April 25, 2002.

nyofficer.jpg
I took this photo of a female NYPD officer laying flowers down at a blocked intersection Sept 16. After taking this photo I went up to her and simply said "Thank You." I really didn't know what else to say. She did not say a word, stunned and…

This photograph was taken by my friend Peter yesterday at the Arts and Industry building at the Smithsonian Castle in D.C. The flag from "Ground Zero" is on display along with photographs, video, and four walls of names of those who were killed on…

NYC1.jpg
An aerial image to behold.....

Here is a view that many of you surely have seen if
you've flown into New York's La Guardia airport, as
I was on this incredibly crystal clear day, about
2 months before Sept 11's horrific and senseless…

twin_tower 12.jpg
Inside the observatory in the wtc.

AndrewWTC.jpg
Me at the observation deck at the south tower of the WTC in August, 1994. You could see the top of the north tower in the background.

WorldTrade.jpg
Taken in February 2000. Not the best of days, but it shows the sheer height of the towers.

104_0405.JPG
Image collected from www.warrug.com on 12/15/03

P6090023.JPG
Not sure what the name of this church is, but it was very
close to the WTC so I thought I'd share.
