This Is a photo taken of my brother, my cousin and his wife by the tribute of light in March 2002

This picture was taken 3 months prior to 9/11 from Liberty Island. I had the priviledge of visiting the WTC for the last time on that date. I was also proudly wearing my NYC T-shirt that day.

Chelsea Piers was used as a makeshift hospital. These were all volunteer doctors, nurses, and paramedics. While everyone was prepared for serious injuries to arrive, unfortunately none would.
