As I drove to work on September 11,2001 I heard over the radio a plane had flown in to the World Trade center. I will never forget saying to myself I am going to stop listening to this radio broadcast because the jokes they tell are not funny. Moments later I watched with disblief
in a board room the towers collaspe. I felt anxious and I watched many began to cry. Later I watched listen the attacks across the country and I remember leaving my office with my heart pounding to get to my children. I just had to see them, hold them and know my husband and children were save. I remeber thanking God that my family was well.
How selfish it may sound ; but it is an event like this that lets you know how blessed you are, how thankful you should be for one moment in time; for tommorrow is not promised. As I look at this day today I pray that the families that have lost a love one, can find the courage and strengeth they need to face tommorrow and forever until they meet thier love ones again. Where was I September 11th
2001, the same place I am September 11th 2002; Praying , with my family and thanking God for them...
