I had stopped by home here from a sales call earlier that morning. It wasn't an unusual day, but I can remember that it was so beautiful that morning. Not a cloud in the sky. I can remember turning on the the tv around 8:40 and looking at Good Morning America. Then around about 8:50am, a news bulletin cames across the screen. When the first pictures were shown, I couldn't believe it! I screamed to my wife. "Robin, an airplane has just flew into the Trade Center." She said what are you talking about. I said come here. Then she saw what had taken place.

It left me numb and asking for answers. I couldn't just believe what happened here- in America. Are we so despised that people would try to destroy what we are all about. We have so many freedoms and opportunities, that some religious zealots would do the unthinkable. I know people who lost. They will never forget. I will never forget. This morning my 15yr old daughter asked me if I thought this would be in the history books. I responded yes, I would imagine it will be in all history books throughout the world.
