On September 11, I was in school I was in history class when al of a sudden, my teacher said that the twin towers had just collapsed. We thought he was just joking and we all started giggling a bit. But after he said that, his eyes began to get red. During lunch, everyone was talking about the tragedy and it was until then that we had known that the information our teacher had given us was true. After school, I took the bus and went back home. The bus driver told us to get on the bus quickly for some reason. When I got home, I turned on the t.v, and they showed the twin towers. First they showed how two planes crashed into them and then they showed the part where they collapsed. I couldn't believe my eyes. Since the phone lines weren't working too well on that day, my grandmother was really scared because she was not able to contact my mother. When my mother and father got home, my grandmother was calm again, but we were all really scrade about the attack that had just happened in our city.
