NMAH Story: Life Changed
I would have to say that my life and that of my family ( my wife Joanne and daughters Kayla 11 and Hope 7) has changed a great deal we now bond more and are more understanding to the plight of those not as well off as we are in love and happiness.
I'll remember the day as if it were yesterday even though it is a year on. My outlook on life has changed in such a way that the little things that used to upset me don't anymore as i have realised that no matter what my problem's are we will get through it. I'll never forget my daughters asking WHY
did someone want to hurt all those people daddy? And the answer i feel will never be realised or answered.Although i am in australia i felt as though it was my own home and family were under threat from unseen forces.
As im sure a lot of people around the world did. I'am sad but happy at the same time. sad because of the atrocity that has befallen America (and the world) but also happy because even in the face of such devistation the people of america and the world united to comfort, console and most of all support each other. In one of the greatest times of need.

NMAH Story: Remembered
I feel that what should be remembered first and formost is the lives that were lost. In a way they died for freedom and freedom is something that we forget untill we dont have it. wWe should also remember the people who gave there all to save people who they had never met. Compassion, warmth, giving, caring, love and above all solidarity. God bless all those who perished and those who helped in the never ending healing process.May we never forget the fallen but at the same time respect the life we have and the people we have to thank for our life and freedom. Never give up hope.
