NMAH Story: Story
Even though I wasn't in New York City that day, I did feel the presence of what the people there were feeling. I was at work this day and one of my friends came in and told me that the WTC had been attacked. I quickly told my boss he needed to turn on the radio. The radio was on all day. Later, I found out about the Pentgon and Shanksville. After they listed the deceased in a magazine, I realized that there was someone I went to high school with who was on the list. I know people lost many lives and my heart and prayers go out quite often to them.
May God be with all who helped including police, firemen and medical personnel and anyone else who helped.
I Love America!!!

NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has changed dramatically since September 11, 2001.
I am more closer to God and willing to help others. I am more compassionate and understanding and willing to listen. Even though I personally don't know anyone who lost someone, my heart goes out to them.

NMAH Story: Remembered
What I think should be remembered about September 11th is that there were many lives lost and those people did not die in vain. They were heroes in their own sense of the word.
NMAH Story: Flag
My husband and I put up a flag pole in July before it ever occurred. We were patriotic before it happened. We fly our flag with great pride and have been through 2 flags since July of last year.
