I was a sleep when I got a call from my Dad that a plane had hit the world trade center I turned on the tv and saw the first building on fire. Then I saw the second plane hit the the second tower. I realized like most Americans that it was no accident Then the attack on the Pentagon.I knew America was under attack from a well organized group of terrorist. Then plane going down in PA.Finding out latter,that on a day of unimaginable horror.That the passagers and crew united as one to deny the Terrorist its finally prize.They in sense start Americas conter attack on Terrorism
I found out a few days later that my sister was in New York that day was in a hotel near the Twin towers and was ironing some clothes and was looking out the window and saw the second plane as head towards the second tower

The courage and bravery of all those who went into harms way to help there fellow americans.Those on the plane who would not allow hunders perhap thousand of there fellow americans to be killed and or injured.

I look at the flag now and realizes the true meaning of it
freedom and that when freedom is threaten Americans will do what ever it takes to keep our freedom.
