I woke up on September 11th and, like I usually do, I went through my daily routine to get ready for school. After I had dressed, I noticed that both my parents were awake and had shocked expressions on their faces while watching TV. When I found out what had happened, a whirl of confusion flooded my mind. I couldn't understand how anyone could be cold-hearted enough to take the lives of hundreds or thousands of innocent people.
When I finally made it to school after the silent car-ride there, I was surrounded by solemn faces and whispers of rumors about what had just occured. We spent most of the day, paying close attention to what was being said on the news channels. It seemed like time stood still.

My life has changed because of September 11 by showing me how precious life really is.

I think that everyone should remember how corrupted America was before September 11th and then how nationality and patriotism basically flooded through America after the events. Our nation has grown together and stronger since the events of that day.
