NMAH Story: Story
I awoke to a telephone call from my son Andrew in Los Angeles. He was agitated, and sounded scared. He told me to turn on the television, that New York had been attacked, and the terrorists were flying towards LA. He said he was not going to work. I spent the day watching television reports at work.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
I have become sure that our own government had something to do with the attacks. All evidence has been confiscated, and the 9/11 Commission has been completely hampered from doing their jobs. Our president spent twenty minutes reading a child's book after learning of the deaths of three thousand people. No real evidence has been presented to confirm any airliner ever hit the Pentagon, other than a missle or commuter aircraft. A huge war was fought, under cloudy circumstances. The Patriot Act was forced upon our country, which has less to do with freedom than anyone ever could have imagined in our nation's history. I am interested to see how history treats us on this matter.
NMAH Story: Remembered
Power corrupts all.
NMAH Story: Flag
I flew no flag. The first vehicle I saw following 9/11 was on an immense SUV, who cut me off in commute traffic. I was rudely saluted by the young driver, who proceeded to do the same to other drivers. I am a proud American, and a patriot. I don't hide behind a flag.
