NMAH Story: Story

Arriving at school, I walked into homeroom only to find my homeroom teacher in awe. He appeared to be staring at the TV, so I automatically turned to the TV and that was when I had figured out that a plane had crashed into one of the world trade towers. Other students had arrived only to join the rest of the classroom in staring at the TV. Half the school day was spent watching what had happened, being further updated on what was happening. The class had discussions about what had happened.

NMAH Story: Life Changed

My life hasn't changed much since September 11, 2001 except for the fact that I am a bit more worried about plane crashes. I became a bit more patriotic than I had already been. I feel now that since September 11, 2001, I have learned to understand that there is much tension in the world.

NMAH Story: Remembered

I think what should be remembered about September 11th is the lives lost on that day and about what had happened. We should all respect the people who were at the WTT that day and how many men and women tried their best to rescue other people.

NMAH Story: Flag

I did fly an American flag after the events of September 11th. My feelings about the flag have changed since September 11th because before, I saw the flag as a symbol of the US, but now I see the flag as a symbol of the people of the US. The people of the US seemed to have gotten closer in my point of view.
