NMAH Story: Story
I will always remember walking into my parents room, and just like usual, my dad was getting ready for work. He had the news on, and I saw the towers with tapes of airplanes flying into them. Then later, watching the towers fall horrified me. Over 3,000 innocent people had died that day just because of some horrible selfish people. Then, when I learned that it was worse (more people had died) than Pearl Harbor, I didn't know what to think, or do. That tragic day I will always remember for the rest of my life.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
Yes my life has changed. I appreciate each day more because you never know how randomly these types of things can happen. I also think our whole nation has come together to support and care for each other. Views of a lot of things have changed for me, and I will ALWAYS remember.
NMAH Story: Remembered
Everything. All of the detail's are so important that the world needs to know and remember. NOTHING should be left out.
NMAH Story: Flag
Yes, at my house we had our flag up for weeks. My feelings about the flag have changed because now it's so important to me. I just saw it as a symbol for our nation before September 11th. Now, I think it represents emotions, freedoms, unitedness, love, and my list could go on and on.
