NMAH Story: Story

I rememeber the incident like it was yesterday. I woke up to my alarm clock set to my favorite radio station and heard the people talking about something. I didn't really think it was that important and turned it off to go get ready for school like i had always done. When i saw my brother that morning he said something bad had happened. I went downstairs and looked in the news and I was shocked. There was a picture of the WTC and there was smoke coming out of it. I didnt know what was going on until i was told by the news caster. It was so out of the blue.

NMAH Story: Life Changed

My life has changed. People around me acted sad and more paranoid. All the airlines were down and secuirity had been beefed up. I have also changed mentally. I feel sad for all the people that were there and am grateful that no one else was hurt.

NMAH Story: Remembered

I think the people who died saving other people should be remembered. They put there life on the line and not for money, glory, or fame. It was just love for their fellow American.

NMAH Story: Flag

I did not fly an American flag on that day, but my feelings have changed since September 11. I feel that the flag is more important to me. It showed how Americans immediatly go to help a stranger in need. Most of the people that died saving other people were saving people they have never met before. It has shown me that when times get hard people will help eachother.
