NMAH Story: Story
I witnessed the incident on September 11th by watching tv. At first I was in bed, my dad had forgotten to wake me up for school and my alarm clock got unplugged. I woke up at about 6:30 and went out to see what was going on. My dad had told me that there were airplanes that had crashed into the world trade center. I couldn't believe it. I had watched the last airplane crash into the second tower. I was scared. Everything was a disaster.
NMAH Story: Life Changed
My life has defineately changed since September 11th. Everything has so much security, but that is a good thing. It is scary knowing what happened then, and knowing what could happen now. I live in a city where they have bombs stored. They are working on destroying them, but it will take a while. I am also more grateful to our fire and police men.
NMAH Story: Remembered
I think that the innocent people who lost their lives, either the men and women who were in the buildings at the time that the airplanes crashed in to them, the firefighters and policemen that risked their own lives to save others, and the innocent people on the planes. But everything about September 11th should be remembered.
NMAH Story: Flag
Yes, my family had a flag that we have flown everyday, since September 11th. I think that most everybody had a flag, or if they didn't they went and bought one so that they could show their spirit and fly the flag.
