John, I can see the whole thing from my office window, my majestic view of
new york is a nightmare. We are so overwhelmed, stressed, and beyond busy.
As a national disaster, it is beyond words. On a personal level, we all know
people who work in that building. We are trying very hard to hold on to our
composure.

Lisa,

For the past hour we in the office have just witnessed the worlds
worst disaster on the office tv's ......we have all stopped work.....it's
quite unbelievable what's happening to my favourite city New York.

I hope you and everyone are OK ...I am intouch with our New York
office and they say they witnessed the disaster happening in front of their
own eyes.....words fail me !
