Dear Mr. Phillips,<br><br>I am collecting photos of the twin tower bombings for a personal scrapbook. It is the way my children and I have chosen to get a handle on the terrible trauma of this horrendous act. I found a copy of your photo on a web site and I wonder if it would be possible to obtain a copy of it for our scrapbook. It is a vivid picture, and although I do not ascribe to the theory that there is anything supernatural about the "face" seen in the photo, yet, still it serves to graphically depict the terrible nature of the event.<br><br>If it is possible to allow us to get a copy of this picture, please let us know. This would be for our personal use only as an addition to our scrapbook. No copies would be made or distributed without your express permission.
