I am writing as a comment on the rules that will govern the administration
of
the ?September 11 Victim Compensation Fund.? I want to urge you to include
among relatives eligible for compensation those who lost their life partners
or de facto parents or children, REGARDLESS OF SEXUAL ORIENTATION OR MARITAL
STATUS. It is the fair thing to do.
