To whom it may concern:

I am extremely dismayed and angered by remarks made by Kenneth Feinberg on
"Meet the Press" that benefits of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund
will not extend to the partners of gay and lesbian victims. This is even
more angering when families of illegal aliens will be eligible to receive
benefits.

Mr. Feinberg states that he cannot go against state laws or regulations
concerning same sex partners, yet it's no problem to bend the rules in the
case of illegal imigrants.

I disagree strongly with this decision by the Department of Justice to
restrict eligiblity of same sex partners to the benefits of the September
11th Victim Compensation Fund. I demand that this restriction be eliminated,
and that same sex partners be made eligible for these benenfits.

Don't you agree that all law abiding, tax paying citizens of the United
States should have, at the very least, the same rights and benefits as
illegal aliens?

I'm sorry that I contributed to this fund.

Sincerely,
