Sept. 11 eligible victims
Dear Sir/Madam,
I understand that you are accepting public comments on implementation of
the Sept. 11 victim compensation fund. Regarding your Topic #5 on
Claimant Eligibility, I request that you consider those unborn children
who were killed
along with their pregnant mothers as a result of the September 11
terrorist attacks as "eligible victims."
