Dear Mr. Zwick,

I would encourage you to provide adequate levels of support to all people who were affected by the September 11th tragedies. The Victim Compensation Fund should be an equal opportunity assistance fund that supports all people regardless of their race, color, nationality, gender, sexual orientation or disability. I would hope the Victim Compensation Fund will not discriminate against people in their hour of need. There has been enough suffering and now we must all pull together and help everyone who needs assistance.
