Victim who lives in Ground Zero...
To whom it may concern,
It is my firm belief that I am one of the many fortunate persons who
survived the attack on 9/11/01.
With this said, I also firmly believe that I along with many who live in
Battery Park City are victims.
Although my family has insurance, the insurance company will NOT reimburse
me for expenses directly related to the attack and subsequent necessities
in order for us to make our hom at Ground Zero livable.
