Domestic partners excluded?
To Whom It May Concern:
I understand that you have already received countless emails in reference to
domestic partners being excluded from the 9-11 victim relief fund.
This email serves as my notification to you of my dissatisfaction with this
policy. The policy is exclusionary, un-American, and wrong.
