To whom it may concern:<br><br>I was at my girlfriends home when this awful tragedy occurred, I personally saw the image and told my girlfriend to look at it and at first she couldn't make the face until I got up and pointed to the horrible image. So, in conclusion this is just a note to let you know that you couldn't have done anything else but take the picture.
