We all want to do the right thing for the victims of the Department of Defense failure to protect the citizens at the World Trade Center. A general refund of all tax
money paid to the Federal and State governments would be fair.
The estates of the deceased should be adequately compensated for their losses including all close to the people who died but not married or related by blood.
