Division of Funds
I was under the impression that our government was Of The People, By The People and For The People. No where in that statement does it divide up the people. Funding from the September 11th money should go to everyone regardless of race, creed or color. If that isn't going to happen, then the money should be refunded because it was certainly collected under false pretenses.
