Re. September 11th Victim Compensation Fund

Dear Director Zwick,

I am the fiancee and registered domestic partner of Firefighter , who was lost with his company, Ladder , in the World Trade Center Disaster. We were registered with the City Clerk of New York City on , and have been living together for over 6 years. We were to be married on August 1, 2002, and were supposed to book our reception hall on thursday, September 13th, two days after the tragedy.

I am writing to you now to ask that you, along with Kenneth Feinberg, include me, and other
domestic partners, as qualified claimants who are eligible to seek money compensation from the September 11th Victims' Compensation Fund. We should have the same rights as spouses, as we were also in loving, committed relationships, and had built lives together with our lost loved ones.

There have been several instances so far where domestic partners were given the same rights as spouses that we deserve. I am enclosing copies of some of them for your review. Please, do not forget us. If you would like to speak with me, please call .

Thank you.

Respectfully yours,
