RE: September 11, 2002 Victims' Fund:

It has come to my attention that the September 11. 2002 Victims' Fund
established and funded by Congress is not being fairly administered in terms
of discrimination against survivors and beneficiaries of victims who were
lesbian or gay.

I trust that this is not the case, and if it is that this discrimination is
addressed and the fund is distributed with equity and fairness.

To have lost loved ones in such terrible ways is difficult enough, to add
insult to such injury by not respectfully acknowleding the loved ones,
survivors and beneficiaries of all of the victims is unfair, unethical and
immoral.
