It is with great sadness that I request you distribute the monies contained in the Department of Justice Victim Compensation Fund to the victims and their families of the September 11, 2001 tragedy swiftly and favorably. As we enter into the holiday season, there doesn't seem to be a more appropriate time to distribute these monies. God Bless America.
