divorced situation
Dear Mr. Feinberg, would you please consider a payment for a divorced
spouse.
I have had a long term marriage, must pay for college, driving expenses,
cobra medical and support for three children now. Did not have to prior to
9/11.
Child support obviously is no longer being paid.
