9/11 Fund
I, being a Lesbian-American, am outraged that the
Gay-Americans who fought and died in the 9/11 tragedy
will not be compensated for their deaths. It's okay
that we're out there busting our butts to win the war
on terrorism, but when we die for the same cause as
heterosexual men and women, we are cast aside. This is
not fair or just. Come on people, we're not going
anywhere! But our families do deserve to be
compensated for our lives and deaths.
