Discrimination As Usual

I cannot tell you how immensely outraged I am to learn that the
surviving partners of gay & lesbian individuals who were killed during
the 9/11 terrorist attacks will not be compensated just as equally as
heterosexual spouses from the funds set up for survivors of the victims.

Once again our society and government shows their true colors of
prejudice and discrimination. George Washington and his fellow
Countrymen must be spinning in their graves to know that we have charged
so very far afield of the original intent of the Constitution (you know,
that "ALL men are created equal" phrase), but in a society driven
primarily by greed and the desire for power why should I be surprised.
