One last short item of concern in reference to the distribution of funds.

Can you please explain why victim's parents, brothers and sisters are
collecting money each month? I do not understand it! Please send me a
reply about this. The victims were single in three cases that I've seen on
CNN. One dad was a well to do lawyer who had collected money for three
months at that time. Why should any of these people receive any money other
than maybe a one time, one lump sum of maybe $10,000 to cover funeral
expenses. Please explain. I had donated money and I do not appreciate any
of the money to go to fathers, mothers, sisters or brothers unless the
victim had children that were going to be raised by any of the above to
