I was sitting in my university, waiting for the first lecture of the new semester and our lecturer came in and told us there had been a plane crash into the world trade centre, just like that, and went on to lecture us for an hour. My class finished around 3.15pm and I called my boyfriend and he told me what had happened and to go stright home and switch on Sky news. I got home around 3.30pm and sat for like, 8 hours solid just watching the events of the day unfold, I guess my story isn't that exciting but it tells how people in other countries heard about 9/11
